Share an access link or resend a Workplace invite with people in your Area

Area coordinators can share an access link with Frontline workers who don’t have an email address connected to their Workplace account to help them activate their account.
If the Frontline worker does have an email address connected to their Workplace account, then they will have received an invitation email when their Workplace account was created. If the account hasn’t been activated, you can send a reminder.
To share an access link or resend a Workplace invite with people in your Area:
  1. Click your profile picture in the bottom left of Workplace, then click View Profile at the top.
  2. Click the Areas tab on your profile. You may need to click More first.
  3. Click Give access to the right of the person’s name.
  4. Then:
    • If the person doesn’t have an email address connected to their Workplace account, copy the link and share it with the person. They will then be able to create a username and password.
  5. If the person does have an email address connected to their Workplace account, click Resend to send the invitation.
Request access to your Area for new Frontline workers
Area coordinators can request the creation of a new Workplace profile and for that person to be a member of their Area, providing that the person who created the Area enabled this.
To do this:
  1. Click your profile picture in the bottom left of Workplace, then click View Profile at the top.
  2. Click the Areas tab on your profile. You may need to click More first.
  3. Click New profile request.
  4. Enter the name of the person and select the area you’d like the person to be added to, then click Add.
An admin for your organization’s Workplace will then either reject or accept the request.
