How do I know if someone has marked themselves as safe and how can I take action if they've specified that they need help?

A person may respond to a Safety Check with one of two responses:
  • I'm Safe.
  • I Need Help.
Responses will update in the message details page in real time. You'll be able to filter this page based on the response type. Every safety operator added to the specific incident will be notified by email if a user is marked as needing help. System Admins can also configure a custom email for these notifications to the team via the Safety Center settings page.
If someone marks themselves as needing help, you can click the phone or chat icon next to their name to contact them directly.
