Set custom terms of use for Workplace Frontline workers

This article is only applicable to admins with relevant permissions.
You can set custom terms and conditions for Workplace Frontline workers. You can do this for all Frontline workers, or set specific terms for individual Areas (providing that this was enabled when the Area was created).
You may want to set custom terms according to your company policies to help Frontline workers manage their access outside working hours.
To do this:
  1. Click Admin Panel Admin Panel in the left menu on Workplace.
  2. Click Frontline Frontline.
  3. Click the Settings tab.
  4. Select whether you want to apply custom settings to every Frontline worker or to a specific Area.
  5. Click the toggle next to Custom Terms and Conditions to turn it on.
  6. Add a title and your custom terms and conditions.
  7. Choose how frequently these Terms are shown to people. This ranges from every 4 hours to every month.
  8. Choose whether you want to add an external link to these terms and conditions, so Frontline workers can see more information.
  9. Click Save.
