If something isn’t working on Workplace, then visit Workplace from Meta Status. Here, you can find out whether your problem is a known issue that’s also affecting other Workplace users, whether there are any changes to the status of the issue and when it’s resolved. We only list issues affecting core Workplace features.
If your issue isn’t listed on Workplace from Meta Status, there are a few things you can do:
- Check the Workplace Help Center to see whether there are instructions to help you resolve the problem.
- Report a bug.
- Contact Workplace Support and raise a ticket. Only Workplace admins with relevant permissions can do this.
