Set terms of service for your organization’s Workplace

This article is only applicable to admins with relevant permissions.
Admins can set terms of service on Workplace. People can access these from Quick Help in the bottom left of Workplace.
Add a link to your organization’s policies
  1. Click Admin Panel in the left menu on Workplace.
  2. Click Settings, then scroll down to the Terms of Service section.
  3. Click to the right of Policies name. Enter a name, then click Save.
  4. Click to the right of Policies URL. Add the URL, then click Save.
Set rules of conduct for Workplace
  1. Click Admin Panel in the left menu on Workplace.
  2. Click Settings, then scroll down to the Terms of Service section.
  3. Click Add to the right of Workplace Rules.
  4. Enter a name for your rules.
  5. Click Add a new rule to add new rules to your list. You’ll need to add a title and description for each rule.
  6. You can change the order of rules by clicking and dragging them. You can also click to the right of rules to edit or delete them.
  7. Choose whether you want to show a link to your Workplace rules if people report content.
  8. Click Update.
