Reorder categories and subcategories in your Workplace Knowledge Library

To change the order that categories and subcategories appear in your Knowledge Library's navigation:
  1. From your Feed, click Knowledge library in the left panel.
  2. To manage the order of categories, click Manage below Categories in the left panel.
  3. Drag to reorder and click Save.
  4. To manage the order of subcategories, click the category they belong to.
  5. Click Manage next to Subcategories in the left panel.
  6. Drag to reorder and click Save.
  7. If you’d like to move the subcategory to a different category, drag it into the box and choose the category you want to move it to.
System admins can reorder any category or subcategory. Users with responsibility for specific areas of content will be able to reorder categories and subcategories for which they have edit permissions.
