Customize your Knowledge Library homepage on Workplace

System admins or custom admins who have permission to edit Knowledge Library can customize the homepage to ensure important information is highlighted.
Edit homepage details
  1. Go to your Knowledge Library and click Home on your left panel.
  2. Click to edit homepage details.
  3. You can change your Knowledge Library name, the homepage name and the description that appears on the homepage.
  4. You can also add a translation by typing a language and choosing from the list.
  5. Click Save changes when you’re done.
Change homepage cover photo
  1. Go to your Knowledge Library and click Home on your left panel.
  2. Hover over the cover photo and click Update cover photo on the top right.
  3. You can upload, remove or readjust the image.
Edit Featured categories
  1. Go to your Knowledge Library and click Home on your left panel.
  2. Hover over Featured categories and click Edit on the right.
  3. Search for the category you want to add and click Add.
  4. When you’ve added the categories, click Save changes.
Edit Featured collections
  1. Go to your Knowledge Library and click Home on your left panel.
  2. Click Manage next to Featured collections.
  3. From here, you can choose to Add new collection, Reorder collections or View all collections.
