How do I set up credit card billing and what payment methods do you accept on Workplace?
This article is only applicable to admins on Workplace Advanced. You need to access your Admin Panel from a computer to set up credit card billing. You may not be able to access the Payments tab in your Admin Panel as we are in the process of rolling out the feature.
To set up credit card billing:
Click Admin Panel at the top left of your Workplace profile, then select Payments and add your payment details.
We support Amex (except Brazil), Visa, Discover and Mastercard.
Keep in mind that the billing currency is USD. All pricing is exclusive of applicable tax. You can visit facebook.com/workplace/pricing for the latest information on pricing.
