View Workplace data download activity for your organization

Workplace is closing in 2026
Organization data will be available for system admins to download until May 31, 2026. For full timeline details and to stay updated on how your organization can prepare for leaving Workplace, read our announcement article.
Data downloads and exports created using the Download Workplace data tool for your organization can be viewed under the security logs event list.
To find and view details for individual data download jobs:
  1. Click on Security under the Admin Panel menu.
  2. Click on the Log tab.
  3. Click on the Add filter button above the events list and select the Event option.
  4. Check the box for File downloaded via Download Workplace data.
  5. Apply any further filters you want.
  6. Click on View info to get a more detailed list of the data types that were downloaded for that job.
