How do I allow anyone in the company to create a Workplace account?

This article is only applicable to users of Workplace Essential and Workplace Advanced.
You must be a system admin and logged into Workplace from a computer to use this feature.
You can switch on inviting anyone in the company to create an account to let people invite coworkers to join Workplace or create accounts for themselves. People will be able to bulk upload a list of coworkers to invite, or invite coworkers individually. Only employees with a company email address can be invited to join Workplace.
To turn inviting for everyone on:
  1. Click Admin Panel in the top left of Workplace.
  2. Click Settings.
  3. In the Accounts and Profiles section, check the box next to Anyone in the company with a valid email address. Note that this option will be disabled if your company does not have a valid email domain set.
  4. Click Save at the bottom of the page.
Note: This only applies to email addresses from one of your registered email domains.
